Contribution to Legal Doctrine
Papers outlining some areas of conflict between domestic law and the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. Some of the ideas presented there have been reflected in legislation reforms - the radical amendment of the Code of Criminal Procedure that came into force as of 1 January 2000 - and arouse discussions in the legal doctrine. more »
